What licensing options are available?
We offer two licensing options; perpetual licensing and yearly licensing. The perpetual license is acquired through one life-time cost. How do I know how long my license and/or support and update plan is valid?
The user will receive notifications within the software about the expiry, as well as email reminders sent to the registered user email address, indicating that their support and update plan is about to expire. You can also see detailed information about your license information in the license delivery you received from Prediktera.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is done in no time! We deliver the license activation code by email as soon as we receive the purchase order.
How do I access my license?
The license is accessed using a license activation code provided in the license delivery email you receive after putting your order. This delivery email also contains your license details.
What does “per-seat license” mean?
A per-seat license is valid for one specific computer where the software was installed.
